You must be fully memorized and as familiar with the content as possible.
You should email the sides and full breakdown to Lauren in advanace if possible. She will read the material to get a jump start on the session whenever possible.
Arrive camera ready and bring a USB drive to take the video home with you.
If you are doing a ZOOM self tape, then additionally have your camera, computer, and chair set up in advance (she will provide the instructions upon booking of the private session). Start setting up BEFORE your scheduled time. You are only eatting away at your paid time on the clock by not having everyting ready for the taping.
